Hangar Eleven

Hangar Eleven, located adjacent to the municipal airport in downtown Edmonton, has a rich and vibrant history with the City of Edmonton and its occupants. The building footprint is more than 40,000 sq ft. PRO-LAND and it's group of companies occupies the 3 floor in the west tower and and nearly 30,000 sq ft on the hangar floor.

Hangar Eleven was constructed in 1942 by the U.S. Military and used to service aircrafts that were used to aid in the construction of the Alaska Highway.

In 1995 a group of investors obtained this special piece of commercial real estate. Hangar Eleven now houses numerous businesses, while still being used as an active hangar at the municipal airport in Edmonton, Alberta. PRO-LANDs head office in Edmonton is located on the west side of the hangar with a spectacular view of the airport.
