Dennis Lawrence’s abilities lie in his complete understanding of the entire real estate organizational structure in both the conception and implementation of the business. Mr. Lawrence is also well versed in the utilization of both private and public securities and what is necessary to make a company become a success.  His responsibilities have included obtaining investor support, budget allocation, as well as directing all marketing, financial and legal affairs related to maintaining company operations.

Mr. Lawrence has continued to lead several businesses at the CEO level including: Mining and Equipment Manufacturers, Real-Estate Development Firms, Import/Export Agencies, Health Care Delivery Systems, Software Development firms and Civil Engineering firms.
